We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
We only Exchange items FOR FREE if they are defective (ie. vape is not working, mold, etc.). If you need to exchange it for reasons, such as personal preference, you will charged a delivery fee.
The following are exempt from refunds:
Vapes that are functioning.
Orders that have been shipped.
